Calibration Instructions

1. Connect piezo device via USB

2. Strike 128 Hz tuning fork and hold near piezo

3. Adjust carrier frequency until you hear/feel zero beating (no wavering)

4. Your biometric target is 127.60 Hz — the 0.4 Hz offset from 128 is intentional

5. The pulse rate (7.9753 Hz) is your breath rate — adjust to match your natural rhythm

Assembly: Piezo (copper side) → Quartz Crystal → Mastoid Bone (behind ear)
